Hello,

I'm Dr. Karone Blondin.

I help women 35 and above who struggle to prioritize their health reach and maintain their wellness goals naturally, so they can live the life they love.

Nearly five years ago, I made a life-changing decision to prioritize my health. But before my journey began, I was basically malnourished, dehydrated, and constantly snacking.

My iron, vitamin D, and white blood cell counts were low, leaving me perpetually fatigued. I was diagnosed with a fatty liver and the doctor was concerned about my kidneys.

To add to the diagnosis my abdomen was full of fibroids and the nodule on my parathyroid was causing my calcium to be elevated.

Everything changed when I was introduced to and started eating nutrient-rich foods, hydrating properly, and cleansing my body at the cellular level. Though I was never overweight, I realized that true health is not just about the number on the scale, but true health is about being clean from the inside out.

My wellness journey taught me that health goes beyond appearance, and having a clean body inside makes all the difference. Now I’m dedicated to helping other women not only reach their wellness goals but maintain them for a true life-long transformation.

Reaching your true transformation can be challenging with the busyness of your daily demands. Juggling family and work life and trying to prioritize your health can be difficult.
