Wellness isn’t just about hitting the gym or eating kale; it’s about feeling amazing inside and out and enjoying life filled with love, joy, peace and laughter.
To add to the diagnosis my abdomen was full of fibroids and the nodule on my parathyroid was causing my calcium to be elevated.
Everything changed when I was introduced to and started eating nutrient-rich foods, hydrating properly, and cleansing my body at the cellular level. Though I was never overweight, I realized that true health is not just about the number on the scale, but true health is about being clean from the inside out.
My wellness journey taught me that health goes beyond appearance, and having a clean body inside makes all the difference. Now I’m dedicated to helping other women not only reach their wellness goals but maintain them for a true life-long transformation.
